Founded in 1987 by Chef Henri Beaumont, Maison Élégante began as a single intimate dining room in the heart of Manhattan. Driven by an unwavering commitment to seasonal ingredients and classical French technique, Henri transformed the restaurant into one of New York's most celebrated culinary destinations.
Today, the Maison Élégante Restaurant Group spans four locations across the city, each maintaining the same devotion to excellence that earned us three Michelin stars. Our chefs source ingredients from local farms and trusted artisan producers, ensuring every plate tells a story of provenance and craft.
